  • Now the fun begins! Based on your wish list, I'll curate homes that match your needs and schedule tours at your convenience. I'll point out the things you might miss, good and bad, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.

  • When you find the one, we move quickly. I'll prepare a competitive offer that reflects current market conditions, and walk you through every detail like purchase price, due diligence fee, earnest money, contingencies, and your proposed closing date.

  • This is one of the most important steps in North Carolina's home buying process. During the due diligence period, you'll complete your inspections, appraisal, and finalize your financing. I'll be by your side to interpret results, negotiate any repairs or credits, and make sure you feel confident moving forward.
